Performing an exhibition

Referring to an artwork that was exhibited ten years ago at the EXPO 2010 in Shanghai, the artist Matthias Meinharter examines the dichotomy between ephemeral performance art and fine art. Terms such as art market, work, authorship, originality and transience are thematized and played off against each other.
