Monumentation

To put a focus on destructive suburban processes, like ruin and decay, a ruined house - the antisymbol in a city´s image - is transfered to a huge fountain (maybe the biggest fountain worldwide). Its cladding and its staircase become displays for the floating water. So the ruin turns to a touristic magnet and therefore to a monument of decay! Due to difficulties to finance this concept in real size, it had to be realised as a full functional model. The model is a 1:50 copy, al in all 1m high and equipped with two pumps.
